These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Doshi Boyz video-publishing application (the “App”), a personal tool operated by Doshi Boyz to publish our own video content to our own social media accounts via each platform’s official API.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App automates uploading video content that we create to social media accounts that we own and control, using authorized, official platform APIs. It is operated for our own internal use.
The App is used only to publish content we are entitled to publish, to accounts we control, in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of TikTok, YouTube (Google), and Instagram (Meta). We do not use the App to post on behalf of others without authorization, to generate artificial engagement, or to violate any platform’s rules.
The App relies on third-party platforms and their APIs. Access may change or be revoked by those platforms at any time. Use of each platform is subject to that platform’s own terms of service.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that uploads will succeed, that content will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doshi Boyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
